Actually, much of the condo tower capacity is being absorbed by renters in Miami. I think I heard recently on the radio here that 70% of the supply has been occupied so far.

I'm gonna say this from a neutral viewpoint here. Cleveland has a nice skyline, depending on where you look from. Some nicer areas in Cleveland contrast with downtown well. However if you look just East of downtown, further up Lake Erie, there are areas which aren't too pleasant to be around, you can see a lot of guys stirring up trouble over there. Living in Houston, they resemble each other all too well. Houston has the "sketchy" areas east of downtown, and I don't care for it too much. To back up vision-quest partially on his quote about national parks and whatnot, haven't you heard of the Grand Canyon National Park? Flagstaff has got to be proud about that. However, Cleveland is nice, being on Lake Erie and all, but I don't think it's too pleasant of a city.

I think atlanta has one of the greatest skylines. In the daytime it varys because of smog and gas but at night there is no competition check it out.

Philly's Center City demolishes Chicago at street level. Tall buildings don't mean squat.

Largest downtowns...NYC followed by Chicago. Then I'm going to guess San Francisco, Philadelphia, DC, Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, etc after that
