lol @ San Bernardino. SB sex is like prison sex. The sex you want, you're not getting. The sex you're getting, you don't want. Some nasty, fugly people in that burg. I'd imagine cash changes hands more often than not when sex happens there.

Partly because the regulations in Washington are so restrictive. I don't think they even have any strip clubs outside of the Navy bases here anymore. Big groups travel down to Portland for the nightlife--strip clubs, clubs, bars, music....

There is a strip club in Bothell. But yeah, not too many in WA.

I'm quite shocked Seattle is so far up the list, I guess I need to get busy.

I'm also shocked Atlanta made it nowhere on the list. Atlanta has one of the gay populations on the East Coast and a very sexualized culture.

While I don't think Pittsburgh is in the Midwest, it's a silly thing to say that cultural borders stop at state lines. There's also a continuum where it transitions from being Northeast to Midwest. While Philadelphia is clearly NE and Chicago is clearly Midwest, Pittsburgh falls in that in-between area. Does Pittsburgh have more in common with Scranton or Toledo? (I'm tired of the Cleveland vs. Philadelphia, which doesn't seem fair in light of the shades of gray).

That said, the term "Midwest" is too broad to really mean anything.

I don't believe it (entirely) because San Francisco is on the list.

Since there really isn't any way to count how many people are promiscuous, someone has simply made that list up. Probably to sell a magazine.

Well, I guess you could count all the men between 15 and 45 and add up all the single ones and half the married ones and come up with a number. That tells you exactly nothing about the women, though.

Basically, though, horny guys, stop believing everything you read. Just because you saw it on the internet does not mean it is true.

I've heard women in Seattle were stuck up, which is pretty much the opposite of promiscuous...

This is according to OKCupid, as reported today on the HuffPo.

Which U.S. Cities Have The Most Casual Sex?_

Sort of interesting that only 1 of them is in the Northeast, and 8 out of 10 are in the West (6 of 10 if you exclude Texas).
Funny to see a Bible Belt city in the top 10. I guess they aren't practicing what they're preaching!

Plus all the young people in their twenties are flocking there. That is generally the most promiscuous group.
