Which interstate has two big metro areas passing through the range of mile markers 250-260 in two different states? (beach)

There are two states where this same interstate pass through and when you arrive on mile 250 approx you are in a major metro area. Which one is it and what cities are they?

It's 75 with Atlanta and Tampa. There's no way that 95 has over 250 miles in any state other than Florida (except maybe Maine), 55 crosses the Mississippi too many times to have that amount of length, and Alabama and Indiana don't border each other, so 65 is out.

Also, I-65 passes thorugh Birmingham close to the mile range mentioned, but I still would question if Birmingham is a major metro area. Gary, IN is part of the Chicago Metro Area but as you said there is Tennessee and Kentucky dividing the states. Tampa and Atlanta are known major metro areas (4 million and 6 million people in each metro area). I-95 in Maine has around 350 miles but there are no major metro areas in the state and Daytona Beach in FL is not a major metropolitan area. Unless you want to consider it part of Orlando.
