The flag of Ontario has the Union Jack on it, and is similar to the flag that was the national flag of Canada before 1965.

Even today you see houses in Ontario displaying the British Union Jack flag.

The flag of Newfoundland was the Union Jack until 1980.

Victoria B.C. in my opinion in terms of architecture and culture. I find it more English than any other parts of North American for sure.

on Culture and Preservation, then Victoria, BC alone takes the crown, but I don't know if the demographics point to a Truly English city.
