Trying to figure out where to move....I want the positives/negatives of each state.

Love being near the beach but also love 4 seasons
Rent seems to be cheaper in Ky than FL

What else would make it easier to make a decision?

I have a lot of relatives in KY - they all pretty much live in small towns and/or rural areas. Not much there really. Florida's too humid for me though. Why are these you're only two choices?

This alone rules out Florida, unless standard of living isn't a concern. If you want warmer coastal areas check out the Savannah GA/Hilton Head Island SC area where you'll meet the rest of your criteria including housing costs and culinary jobs.

Have lived in NC,Ga,SC,WV. Looked at Tn but just wasn't for us. Hate Ga wife refuses to return there. We want to stay in the south though.

Have found several 3 bedrooms pretty nice around 700$ in the Pensacola area which is where we are looking to move. I am not against Ga but wife hates Ga so...
