Most half puerto rican half black stems from a black father and Puerto Rican mother. Plenty of Puerto Rican men do date and be in relationships with Afro Caribbean women.
Of course, there is also such thing as a black Puerto Rican.
This is all anecdotal, of course, but I have found that Cuban men tend to be very solid in relationships. They tend to work hard (and smart) to give the wife a good life and are deeply loyal. They also value high quality and excellence in all things, and appreciate intelligent, well-rounded, well-educated, and well-traveled people.
My first love happened to be a Cuban American and he has always lived his life with such integrity. He was passionate and committed to all of his pursuits. He later poured that passion into improving his community and his career as an engineer. He's now a politician (no its not Marco Rubio) and still just an amazing guy. I have dated two other Cuban men and they both had very similar positive attributes. I have also had the same positive experiences as well with Cuban women as friends.
Lets not forget Eastern PA like Allentown which has plenty of Ricans. Miami is mostly Cuban however their are Puerto Ricans there too who are orginally from NYC who transplanted to Miami Dade county area. There are also Puerto Ricans in Philly, Boston and in Chicago. My neighborhood used to be mostly Puerto Rican but has changed to Mexican and Dominican over the years. Many Puerto Ricans moved out over the years to greener pastures of The Union.
Hi Im a 23 year old Black female from Houston, Texas. Im highly attracted to Puerto Rican men, and Caribbean Hispanics in general. Im willing to relocate to an area with a big-city atmosphere, with decent job opportunities, and a large Puerto Rican population. I more interested in stayin in the US tho, because I dont kno Spanish, and most PRs in the US are a bit more Americanized and bilingual, maybe he could teach me something.
Not all Puerto Rican Americans speak spanish or are bilingual. I know plenty who fo not speak, or understand no Spanish and have become very hyper anglonized over a span of two or three generation . Also you should try Cuban or head to NYC with its high Dominican population.
I had a friend who lived in the United Arab Emirates for two years while his wife was teaching over there. And he told me that they treat ethiopian women and other african women horribly over there. A lot of ethiopian women go over there to work as nannies and maids and the emirati men beat them and rape them and treat them like slaves and concubines. There are videos about it on youtube. A Arab dude might sleep with a black chick, but that doesn't mean he respects her. The ones who grew up over here might be different, but even then I can't see too many of their parents being Ok with their son bringing home a black chick.
I actually agree with most of this. They usually do not hold any non-Arab woman in very high regard.
