Hilltop and Landfall are two white majority suburbs here in the Twin Cities (both with less than 1,000 people) and they're both primarily occupied by people in trailer parks. Dunno if that constitutes ghetto as much as it constitutes trailer trash. The main ghetto here is North Minneapolis, which is mostly black and southeast Asian.
Yeah and north Minneapolis is a joke. The only people who think north Minneapolis is ghetto are stupid Minnesotans who don't know any better because they have not been anywhere else.

You have a point, but for Minnesota, north Minneapolis is pretty ghetto and crime ridden.
Niagara Falls is 69% white and considering its very large population decline, it's likely there are "ghetto" white neighborhoods.
There are some real urban prairies in Niagara Falls. The sidestreet directly across from the entrance to Seneca Niagara casino (on the John B Daly Blvd side, if anyone wants to googlemap it) is one example that comes to mind, and I get the sense that the few remaining residents over there are white, though I could be wrong. Some of the other sidestreets in the vicinity of the casino are dilapidated but rather integrated, so I wouldn't call them "white ghetto". Couple miles away, near the intersection of Buffalo Ave and Hyde Park, in the shadow of mostly-dead industry, you have another neighborhood that might qualify (although you might consider that area an extension of the neighborhood I was originally referring to, across the John B Daly Blvd from Seneca Niagara).
Some people might take the liberty of calling the entire city "white ghetto", and I might not argue too much so long as the small section near Niagara University/the Lewiston border was excluded. However, there are definitely plenty of blocks of lower-middle-class housing towards the southern end of the city that also would seem to resist the description. I find the whole city to be a pretty depressing place, though.

Buffalo: Seneca-Babcock and Lovejoy are the white trashiest neighborhoods. It has the feel of old Soviet bloc countries, minus the commieblocks. Outside of Buffalo, Lockport takes the cake. Most of the women there are fat, single mothers who spend their welfare checks on tattoos, cigarettes, fattening food, and diapers for their half-breeds. The Depew/Cheektowaga area is also a white trash haven. Main Street is home to biker gangs and the surrounding area is filled with strippers who work near the airport. But hey... At least they WORK to feed their thugspawn, unlike their counterparts in Lockport who prefer to be a drain on the productive taxpayers.
Seneca-Babcock and the somewhat ironically named Lovejoy are what came to mind for me. Riverside probably deserves mention, too, although the demographics there are (I think) a bit more mixed. In Lovejoy you have enough racism to ensure that the area remains a white ghetto rather than an integrated one...according to the following post, the neighborhood is 10% African-American, which is incredibly low given proximity to the overwhelmingly black East Side, and the fact that other areas in Buffalo have been noticeably integrating of late, South Buffalo and Cheektowaga in particular (and Lovejoy is wedged between those areas (East Side and SB/Cheektowaga)).
I remember reading something about part of Portland, ME having a crime problem. I think it was West Bayside.
Nowdays, there's some Somali refugees in that area as well, but it's still mostly white.
Portsmouth, OH has a pretty high crime rate, but it's just an isolated city/town. Huntington & Charleston in West Virginia have relatively high crime rates too, though not as high as Portsmouth (they're around 500-600, while Portsmouth is 700+)
Not all of Middletown is low-income; nor is Portsmouth all low-income, either.
Just like every other city, there are low-income pockets here and there, white, black, brown, green and pink.
Not everywhere, white poverty in Long Island (and maybe a somewhat lesser extent New York City and the rest of the metro area) is relatively rare. Poverty people are usually minorities.

Asians (Indians, Chinese, etc.) have the highest annual income in America higher then whites. Asians also are the most educated race in the U.S. They also come from strong family backgrounds don't get addicted to drugs and liquor for the most part like whites, blacks , and spainsh people do. Asians have a unbreakable will to suceed as well, I got this from a study I seen a while back.
You must be talking about Black and Spainsh people who are the poorest races in America, and probably the world.
