i like what i see. it looks like it would be quiet, peaceful, and restful. i forget how beautiful the sky can be in mn. when i leave from minneapolis airport, i usually leave on the east-west runway, and i always think that the blue is such azure in color, an artist had to have mixed it on his palette. i have been told that it has to do w/ the low humidity level. i could really imagine a cottage, w/ a big fireplace, snow blizzard conditions, and cold as a witches hind tit on a broom. that gets the blood going. oh, forgot a good scotch or a wonderful port. it may be a place that is right down my alley. reps for information.

Royal Oak is a small suburb of Detroit with a very "hip" nightlife. It's very walkable, and has a lot of downtown lofts and remains fairly busy until very late into the night. Outside of the downtown area are classic 50s style bungalows on tree lined streets with green grass, with low crime and a family friendly atmosphere. It's everything America should be! It's still got a bit of Detroit car culture and fame though, with the Woodward Dream Cruise and several big name artists stopping by to play. It's definitely one of the culture centers of the 3+ million metro! It neighbors some of Michigan's most beautiful small towns, Berkley, Ferndale, Huntington Woods. Anyone in the Detroit area should stop and check it out
