Just think about Philadelphia, and this city will do wonders for you. This city is a knockout! It has everything you want in a city in a downtown core. Philly has all the criteria you're looling for and then some.
I don't think Brown men - White women couples would exist there as much. Brown meaning Indian, Middle Eastern, and Brown Hispanics.
Not really looking for a Los Angeles or NYC type place right now but I am thinking
1. Lots of outdoor activities
2. Weather that doesn't consist of a lot of rain
3. A decent sized young population (lots of people in their 20s and early 30s)
4. A good dating scene for Brown men (Indian/Middle Eastern) who want to date interracially with White women and Latinas
5. Cost of living that is not off the roofs
Trying to make a list here
1) Denver, Colorado. Sacramento, California but then none of them are that diverse.
3) Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Sacramento, San Diego, Miami, Tampa.
4) No where in US, well California is an exception, esp. LA, SFO and San Diego. Also check out Seattle and Miami. Learn Spanish and lie to them that you are Hispanic, most women dislike talking to you if you are Indian, you would score more "brownie" points if you pass for a Hispanic male, just saying. There are exceptions to the rule however.
5) Miami, expensive. Same with the places in CA. You could try Portland Oregon.
OP, what do you have to offer besides brown skin? I suspect that if you can't get a date where you are located now, you won't suddenly find yourself to be popular just by moving to a new location.
The majority of women do not choose their dates by their skin color. So, what wonderful attractive things do you have going for you that would make a women want to spend time with you?
