Albuquerque, NM; Denver, CO; Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN; Los Angeles, CA; Philadelphia, PA; Omaha, NE; Kansas City, MO; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT, The DC Area or Austin, TX. Good weather would be great of course, but it's no main criteria. Thank you for your help.
Based on your criteria, I would recommend Philadelphia for the east coast, Portland for the west coast, and Minneapolis for the central part of the country.
