I'm a 21 year old healthy black male, I have 30k in savings(Debt Free) I am looking for a city/state with warm sunny weather all year round to move to, no more than an hour drive to the beach, job opportunities, low crime , night clubs, colleges, close by or in an african american/ Diverse community, I've been looking around and considered Fort Lauderdale, Fl maybe Atlanta, GA but am not sure any suggestions would help, thanks.

Sorry I posted this in the wrong section I thought this was the Florida section and don't know how to delete the forum so theirs no need to answer thank you

Atlanta does not have warm, sunny weather all year round, nor is it within an hour's drive of the beach.

The only place I can think of that may fit your description is San Diego, CA.

Houston fits the bill for everything, with beaches less than an hour'sdrive away. Also consider Tampa on Florida's Gulf Coast. You can find safe, middle-class, diverse neighborhoods in both cities.

Southern Californian cities are a good fit for you. San Diego and Los Angeles are good cities for young black men.
