At least you can swim in the beaches in Florida! Who the hell goes to Galveston for a beach vacation? Broke ass Houstonians who don't mind swallowing SeaWater with crude Oil!
Galveston is not the only beach on a coast that's hundreds of miles long, and this thread has nothing to do with any part of the Houston metropolitan area, so please stop being a troll.
Don't choose Florida. You get hyped up by the beaches and Disney, and then you realize that's pretty much the only two things in Florida. It's pretty much just like everywhere else. Then you also have to deal with rude people, bad drivers, and 1000% humidity on 95+ F days. People are nicer in Texas, drivers are WAY better, and the summer isn't nearly as humid. Winter is worse though.
The weather in South Florida is better IMO, I would much rather have daily Thunderstorms then just humidity and heat all day long, and it gets hotter in Dallas. Then again in Dallas you have those high quality, beautful beaches oh wait...

I already dealt with his remark. It wasn't necessary for you to rub things in.
