States that are most patriotic (towards the country)
Based on amount of flag on homes, cars, clothing. voter turnout. volunteer rate. percentage of citizens in military, etc....
Although I'm living in Texas right now, Florida (my home state) is pretty patriotic. Those of whom are largely made up by conservatives. We have a very engaged and vocal community. I grew up my entire life seeing American flags and voting stickers on almost everything. Cars, homes, front lawns, etc.
This is a tough question...we are a patriotic country as a whole, IMO. I think that its pretty even throughout the nation. Atleast from my experience in life its all about the same. If there was a state that was 'more' patriotic than any other it would be Texas.
Believe it or not, Portland was voted the most patriotic city in the US.
Are you sure it was most and not least? I really don't think of the cities of the PNW as particularly patriotic. At least with all that "Cascadia" talk.

How about actually reading the article I linked BEFORE making comments, thank you.
