We moved from California to Wyoming. Out here there is Artic Circle which is only in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. About 50% of the restaurants are located in Utah. We have yet to eat there.

There is also a restaurant called Chuck-a-rama which is only found in Utah and Idaho. It is a buffet and it's really good. The scones are to die for.

We have a grocery store out here called Broulims and it looks like it can only be found in SW Wyoming and East Idaho. There are only ten stores total.

Is Shake Shack considered a chain? If so that was started in NYC by someone who I think was from St. Louis

Also Benihana, TGIF Friday’s and Duane Reade

Ah yes--Bashas in Arizona. I lived on the Rez in Kayenta for a year (teaching) and Bashas markets are the only place I could find #10 (Big) jars of Spicy-hot whole dill pickles. If I ever pass back that way I'll stock up.

Yeah as much as Whataburger and In-N-Out are chains. Shake Shack, besides being in almost half the US states, is also international.

It was kinda a big deal a few years ago when Dallas got one, but now there are at least three in the metroplex I'm aware of.

It's ok, but kinda overpriced and overhyped. I'd take 5 guys over it any day.

I'm so glad we have Culver's down in DFW now (a few locations but hopefully growing) awesome cheese curds for fast food.
