I'm not sure. I lived in western WA for 5 years and took various ferry trips among the islands and MAY have been there, but maybe not. Pretty, but I get sea sick on ferry boats (why is there no smilie that projectile vomits?)

BR - Oh yeah! My ancestors settled there in the early 1700s, and I've done the genealogy - I'm probably related to most of the people who have distant ancestors in EBR and WBR Parishes: Whites, Blacks, and Whatevers.

It was a much nicer town 50 years ago.

Hmmmmm.

Yep, been to Bah Habba. Lovely coastal retreat with pleasantly cool weather in early summer.

No, heard and read about it though. Looks like an eccentric little town.

Coure d'Alene is a beautiful lake. Good lakes are hard to come by here in the dry west, northern Idaho has among the very best n the US though.

As for Savannah, never been but it's most certainly on my bucket list for sure. I've been to Charleston but from what I've heard about Savannah it seems more cut loose and fun so I'd probably prefer it.

Next, anyone been to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park or the Big Island?
