We like being able to sit it our cars and let someone else do it.

The law has been upheld in public votes multiple times.

Everyone would likely prefer that, it's not why it's a law. I'd be interested in this explanation, as well.

It was originally done for safety reasons, and all attempts to repeal it have been rejected soundly by voters.

1) They honk the horn at a traffic light if the person in front of them isn't fast enough on the gas pedal.

2) They don't make eye contact.

3) If they are a man, they hold the door open for you after they've already gone through it (if at all).

4) They don't re-register their car. Even though they have been here for a long time the still have the old state's plates.

I live 3 blocks from Disneyland, this is tourist central. Out of towners are easy to spot, they aren't Mexican.
