NJ people go everywhere, and I mean everywhere. I can go halfway around the world and still can't swing a dead cat without hitting someone from NJ.
Mmm, yes and no. There are still lots of Jersey people who pretty much only vacation in South Florida to visit grandparents/relatives and/or Orlando to visit the theme parks, save, perhaps, a trip or two of a lifetime to Italy.
People from the Twin Ports area tend to go up north during the summer, typically up the North Shore or to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, or south, to Wisconsin Dells. Minneapolis is a common destination all throughout the year. For the colder months, Las Vegas, Florida, and Arizona are common destinations. Cancun, Cozumel, and cruises are popular among the middle class. Wealthier people enjoy a more diverse range of experiences, from trips to Europe to the Hawaiian islands.

Let's try that again in English.
