It's not even simple enough to say temperatures, other conditions such as humidity, sun shining, and no breeze can make even lower temperatures miserable.

But, alas, I'll try:

85+: Downright Unbearable.
75-84: Hot, miserable.
68-74: Too Warm, but can be okay under the right circumstances.
60-67: Generally Comfortable
48-59: Perfection. (especially if overcast)
40-47: Great.
39-30: Chilly, but still nice.
29-20: Getting chillier, but still preferable over heat.
19-0: This is considered frigid where I live, rare weather. I do have to bundle up.
0-: Getting too cold even for me. Fun to experience, not fun to be out in for too long. But easier to bundle up than deal with heat.

Again, it's not that simple. I've had days in the 60s be unbearable with sunshine, humidity, and lack of wind.

I like cloudy weather. I can not stand the sunshine, the way it feels on my skin, how bright it is. Overcast days in the 40s or 50s are my top favorite kind of weather.

The average range of temperatures where I live probably is typically 20F-105F. Some winters we don't even hit 20F, but we almost always hit 100F. We regularly hit the 70s in winters nowadays, with 80s being very common in the early "Spring". I hate it here.

I like variety, season-appropriate. Spring can be 55-75 with sun. Summer can be in the 75-90 range with reasonable humidity and cloud coverage. Fall can be 50-65 with a chilly breeze. Winter can be 40-55 with no snow.

Any deviation, whether snow, or 100 degrees, or rain I’d like to last only a few days before back to my comfort zone.

Hot to cold

90F + with humidity = Sucks. Makes for a good pool day or beach day.
80F - Good for BBQs, chillin, drinking beer, walking around as the sun sets
70F - Good for motorcycle riding, cruising old school car, biking, sports
60- Sports/workouts
40-50, nice for walks with a jacket or hoodie. Fingers start getting too cold for sports.
20-30 - Decent with a real coat or jacket. Could still BBQ for some fresh air in the backyard while prepping food inside.
0-20= Cold, I would still walk my husky, but not much else. Indoor activities

My record was -40 during a record 3 day spell in CHicago and I went to work and walked. Double or triple layered.
IT wasn't bad but there isn't much one can do outside.
That's for indoor activies
