I know both of these cities are different, but im still having a tough time deciding knowing nothing about them, but I have job offers to both of these cities and I was wondering if anyone could give me a description of them. If i chose one I plan to rent and I will need to rely on public transportation and im into doing alot of activities like hiking, biking, and mountain climbing. Weather is not a problem I've lived throughout the United States my entire life so im use to hot weather or rain. Any information would be nice. Thank you
It sounds like a joke to me too. Portland is a no-brainer, even before the OP listed hobbies of hiking, biking, and mountain climbing. Pretty easy to figure out that there is no mountain climbing in OKC. And let's say that the OP was referring to the "smaller" Portland in Maine...it's still a no-brainer.
OK City isn't that bad I use to live in Tulsa and would visit the place weekly. It is sprawled out.Cost of living wise OKC for sure but I would bet for everything else Portland would be the place.I had a cousin that lived in Portland for a few years. She said it is a small city but beautiful.I don't know why she would call Portland small. She moved back to S.A. just recently.
