What the hell does this have to do with anything? People in the deep south don't know what "Murrican" is either.

I'm a bit of a travelholic, so there's not many places left I haven't been, certainly nothing huge.

Hmm....

Portland, OR I was only in for a few hours, so I'd go back.

Savannah

Charlestown, SC

Austin I only spent a few hours

Pittsburgh I only spent about an hour driving through and got out of the car once.

Portland, ME

Santa Fe

Cincinnati is the largest city I haven't been to, just driven through, so might as well check it off!

While I did drive through once, I suppose New York City to see the 9-11 Memorial although it'll be tough to get Mrs. Ghengis to venture into that maelstrom of noise and chaos.

1. San Francisco - Really want to visit because I heard the weather is constantly around 70 degrees, ocean breeze, a great arts scene, and because I really wanna see what the Castro District is like.
It's more like 60, usually. It is definitely breezy, though. Arts scene? I guess, though a lot of artists live in Oakland now because SF has become too expensive. And the Castro District is pretty much like any gayborhood anywhere, except more so.

1. Los Angeles - iconic, the "superstar" culture, the beaches, sunset boulevard
2. Washington, D.C. - most politically powerful city in the world, white house, capitol, museums, memorials
3. Boston - rich in history, colonial architecture, commonwealth Park, great parks
4. Chicago - the loop, parks along lake Michigan, excellent restaurants, deep-dish pizza
5. Philadelphia - rich in history, fairmount park, first grid-like city in US, philly-cheesesteak

Where? I'm overseas multiple times a year and have never once heard that. The only place I see it is on the internet on message boards where foriengers will reference "merica" sarcastically referring to overweight, slobbish, gun hugging, uneducated, republican yet poor (which they find hilarious since Republican leadership doesn't give a crap about the poor), bible beating Americans, which they all tend to associate with the southern US.

They're just making fun of that subgroup because it's so offensive looking for much of the western world, they don't actually think we call OURSELVES that. Our version of "merica" is probably just rednecks or white trash.
