Hawaii is the obvious answer here.

Other than that, I'd say Louisana, Maine, New Mexico and Alaska. I'll give a bonus answer of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Alaska and Hawaii take this. No state in the lower 48 is as exotic as those. For the lower 48, I would have to say places like Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and the Dakotas.

Florida. One of the few places that really incorporates Caribbean architecture into it's urban areas. Pastel colors, White-top roofs, than you got the Spanish Revival(but this is also common in the Southwest/California).
