I guess this is interesting, but unless you happen to be a billionaire or benefit from one, I don't know why it matters. Much more interesting in seeing how well the "Common Joe" is doing in an area than the top .0001%, in any part of the world. Much more tangible for people like us on a message board to relate to.

What is it about such a relatively new and remote location far removed from most of the world that has allowed it to create a tenth of the world's billionaires?

it makes sense to me that the state that has the largest economy, should also have the largest amount of billionares.

Great business environment, great schools, and great climate are all great draws for relocating companies or creating one.
