Looking for good schools, good health benefits like oregon, nice weather, activities and a lot of services for disabled individuals & good transportation system? Help pls! Live close to Portland, so expensive!
Check out Chapel Hill/Carrboro NC. The University of North Carolina Hospitals offers excellent broad-spectrum medical care, it enjoys a fairly-equal moderate four season climate, a cost of living pretty close to the national average, offers lots of things to do and an excellent public transit system that's disabled friendly and free (the entire system is fare-free!).
