My results put me in Modesto, Fresno and Salt Lake City.
I am a product of the west coast (Corvallis and San Jose) though my parents are from Chicagoland and they moved us to Raleigh when I was 11.
All in all, I suppose my speech patterns and accent are derived from the West and remain so to this day.

I got Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma for most similar. Right on point, since I live in Washington state!

For least similar I had Jersey City, Providence, and Worcester.

Quite accurate for me- Los Angeles, Honolulu and San Jose. West Coast all the way. Yup, never heard of a drive thru liquor store.

Least similar were Pittsburgh, New Orleans and Akron

I got Aurora, IL and Rockford, IL, which are very close to where I live. I also got Grand Rapids, which I guess is close in the larger context. Looking at the map, my speech is also very similar to western WA and OR.
