I've been over there a few times; its a pretty area. I would say its almost as nice as wheatley hts, some spots are actually nicer. I find them both to be nicer than lakeview.

google streetview also provides a good sense of what i mean

This can help give you an idea of what he/she is getting at by looking at census tracts/census block groups: Fulton County, GA

Id say Lakeview at 81% black would be on the list however it does have a small population compared to the others.

To be honest it is an odd list, as Uniondale isn't predominately Black(is at 48%) and Baldwin Hills is a neighborhood in L.A. Many of the other communities aren't that much bigger. View Park-Windsor Hills has around 11,000 people, for instance. Woodmore MD has only 4000 people or so.

True. Didn't take my time to notice these odd mathematics. The lost thing can be confusing.

It isn't a bad list, but there were just other places out there that were overlooked or perhaps that they weren't aware of. Just about every state with a notable Black population is going to have an area(neighborhood/section/community) with a sizable to predominate Black population that is at least middle class. So, some places may fly under the radar.
