Your city's rapid transit system: ideal build out

The LIRR on Long Island, needs to branch out Southerly & Northerly to include transportation from the North Shore to the South Shore & vice versa instead of only running East to West from & to NYC.

Also it would be great if we had that bridge to CT. I'm still waiting for that. If you know the geography of LI, getting to CT is a PITA. Yes there is a ferry, but again, PITA.

Cleveland needs west and southwest rail support:

Preferably down W.25th into Parma and I'd go as far west as Crocker Park.
