Texas here - definitely FORT WORTH! Love me some cow town! It's a funky mix of artsy, high end, and straight up cowboy culture, with some Tex Mex thrown in for added flavor. Great ambiance!
For smaller cities, Tyler is absolutely gorgeous. It feels and looks more southern than Texan.
Austin and San Antonio and Houston and Dallas are all great in their own ways - and very different from each other.
