No, it doesn't. It does have a category for Iberian Peninsula but not specifically for Portuguese. Either Vanessa Williams used a different company or she had 4% Iberian Peninsula and she has done enough research to narrow down which nations her ancestry is from and therefore know that her Iberian result is representative of her Portuguese ancestry.
