I guess the "coolest" place I've been is Brooklyn.

Atlanta seems to have a sense of coolness as well as Philadelphia.

H-Town and NOLA have that unique, and interesting Gulf Coast vibe. Both cities have their own thing going on that can't be found in other parts of the country. They are cool in my book.
