Best largest U.S. cities to find a teaching job? (2015, find a job)

Hi. I'm currently working towards my bs in elementary education with a certificate in ESL teaching. I was wondering what you guys think the best large U.S. city would be for me to try to find a job in. I was very interested in San Diego, CA; Austin, TX; and Portland, OR, but none of these cities seem to have much to offer to prospective teachers. Know of any big cities where I could potentially have some luck?

Boston MA, Washington DC/Northern Virginia region, New Jersey (NYC suburbs and Newark), Indianapolis IN, Baltimore MD, Las Vegas NV, Providence RI, Nashville TN and Richmond VA are all showing shortages for either Elementary Education, ESL or a combination of the two for 2014-2015.
