From my knowledge, Hispanics are pretty much across the whole country. This is different from say Blacks who you are hard-pressed to see in South Dakota or Wyoming or Vermont...or to see Asians in Kentucky or Montana or Nebraska.

Are Hispanics all across the country? Perhaps not in New England or some of the Mountain states, but I may be wrong... all I know is they are moving North (and Southeast).

No negative racial connotations intended, just genuine curiosity.

Correct... Hispanics are starting to move in and have population increase in percentage in northern and central states than Asians and Blacks.

There have been Hispanics throughout most of the Northeast that come from the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America for decades.

I believe that the Mountain States have had a mostly Mexican presence for decades as well.

To find Black and probably Asians in decent numbers in the states you mentioned, you would have to look in the big cities, college and military towns in those states. For instance, Cheyenne and Casper in WY have institutions that serve the Black community there and have for decades, if not for well over a century. Cheyenne also has an Air Force Base, which brings a diverse set of people into that community. So, it may be a matter of knowing where to look within those states.
