Depends what size of a city your talking about. Any major city is almost improbable. I would recommend a town of 50,000+ in say the Dakotas, Idaho or Montana.
Most areas up north in the US have the majority of their populations that are, in fact, white.
Not Where I'm from. I'm from the CHicago area and its diverse. Btw I'm Black and their are many blacks and hispanics up North, especially in Chicagoland. Chicago area also have a increasing Asian population.
An American city that is predominately White and has very few immigrants.......Hmm, that is hard as you could find even in overwhelmingly White cities of some size, some "diversity" or an immigrant population. Maybe Green Bay, Duluth, Boise, Spokane, Eugene, Billings, Great Falls....but even in these cities you can find a little bit to a decent amount of "diversity" or immigrants.

I meant above Chicago like in Fargo, the upper northeast/New England, etc.
And you claim Americans are ignorant of geography? At least we know New Jersey is a State and not a city like the question asks about. Go home NorthNJ... I mean Mattias... oops sorry it's Suryoyo now I guess.
Wichita, Des Moines, Omaha, Lincoln, and a bunch of other great plains cities
Wichita-No
Des Moines-Possibly, probably large number of Illegals though
Omaha-No
