Houston and Phoenix, but they're not on my radar anyway. I'm not a fan of high heat/humidity, in any way, shape or form.

Should have used Metro populations. City populations are meaningless to the importance of a city, they're merely quite arbitrary governmental boundaries within an urban area, and they fluctuate wildly.

Going by city proper: Houston then San Antonio
Going by Metro: Houston then Minneapolis/St Paul

Dallas and Philadelphia are the only top 10 metro areas I've never visited. I'll likely be in Dallas at some point this year and I would love to visit Philadelphia.
