What about San Diego, CA and Richmond, VA ?? Are People their are tolerant and welcoming to Muslims and Arabs ??

I'm going to go with probably not so much. Richmond is improving but still is somewhat conservative and stunted in terms of acceptance of non-Caucasians in general. San Diego is more conservative than other areas of California and has a huge military presence which in this day and age isn't fond/nor overly accepting of anyone of Middle Eastern descent in my opinion.
