I live in ohio now, and it gets pretty humid in the summer. I am looking to move, considering many places, but looking at different factors. If anyone has experience with both of these places that'd be great. How is the humidity in new england (maine) in the summer compared to the humidity in North Carolina in the summer? Big difference? I know that the south is very humid, but am not completely sure. Thanks.

Maine is usually immune to the Bermuda High that pumps the hot humid air over the south and east coast. Plus it is cooler so it won't be so uncomfortable.
