I'd lower the drinking age to 14 and build a ski resort on beacon hill

My favorite city is Rochester NY, where I was born and raised. The only things needed to make it perfect would be revitilization of the economy and bringing more life to downtown (midtown plaza make a comeback to the glory years!)

I wish the thousands of destroyed, historic rowhouses were restored on the North Side of Pittsburgh. And for the rows (throughout the city) that still exist, I wish they were completely restored with their neighborhoods cleaned of crime.

mmm...I don't know
I would Make the skyline bigger and taller (muhahaha)
Diversify the city a whole bunch more, make it an equal mix of all races...
Make it have colder winters so it snows more, but not like Alaska or Michigan
Make a really cool Icon of the city...a real Icon...like the Eiffel tower, or Angkor Wat... statue of Liberty...
Make the whole population have an IQ of 150 or greater (hehe)
put some Mountains, not up against the city or even near it...but near so they're visible and it would be convenient for winter sports...
but Diversity would probably be my number one as it would probably benefit the city itself most...and is the one closest to being possible...as it is possible , good lick with the IQ one though..

In Toronto - stop building all those f**king condos that only the rich can afford and put up more decent housing for ordinary people.
