I think it's a little funny that people who don't live in the states previously mentioned would pick different cities based on the reputation of those cities outside the state and visiting the state.
Well, obviously, Detroit. Also Flint, but Detroit clearly overshadows that smaller city.
Things are slowly starting to turn around in a very positive way in Detroit. People are moving back in, areas are being cleaned up, and people are investing in the city again. Downtown and Midtown are now considered desirable places to live. I wonder, though, if the stigma will always be there, in spite of the progress that is being made?
Such a shame, because our state is so beautiful and has so many positives to recommend it.
AZ: Yuma or Tucson. Tucson would be the punching bag for Phoenicians, mainly because of the ASU/U of A rivalry I imagine.
