Maybe it's just me, but I think Philadelphians speak faster than any other city in the country. of course New York is always known to speak fast, but whenever I listen to Philly talk radio, I find everyone on their speaks even faster than new yorkers. anybody agree with me on philly speaking way fast?
I know Philly / New York talk fast....Boston i've never been or came into contact with anyone from Boston.....but i dont know if their is really a rank when it comes to these three. But overall in general i think the Northeast is known to speak fast. And im from Philly and i always joke and say you can never send a person from the North down South...they wouldn't understand me. They would prbly look at me like im dum, and i would get upset lol.

Lived in Philly and New York, they are similar. I don't really see much of a difference but most people I know who live in Philly are South Jersey or surburban Philly areas.
