why not ?
i was positive about some states
i have nothing against these states, i just don't really like them

if you want my reasons for disliking them then just ask

i am sure many people would agree with my list

I am uninterested in why you dislike some states by the way.

Excluding my home state of Pennsylvania (woo-woo!) it would probably be:

1. North Carolina-love the Outerbank beaches and The Smoky Mountains-Blue Ridge Parkway into Asheville. I haven't been to much of the center of the state though-Raleigh, Charlotte, etc.

2. California-so diverse! Love San Diego, San Francisco, Newport Beach/Laguna and want to explore more of Northern Cali, National Parks and also LA and Oakland.

3. New York-lived and went to school in NYC (The Bronx)-it often feels like home to me-not only NYC but the rowhomes and Irish/Italians/AA in Albany/Troy or skiiing at Hunter, Lake George/The Catskills/Saratoga Racetrack, Long Island beaches.

Of course so many other states are great as well.

Honorable mention to states that really intrigue me although I haven't been yet:

Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Hawaii

I'm really curious about Iowa now. My daughter's inlaws are from there and she has always been full of praise about it. She is especially struck by the rolling hills. She says it's a very picturesque state.

My other daughter lived in Idaho for awhile (home of Napoleon Dynamite!) and she LOVED the terrain and said the summers were especially beautiful.
