Definitely Richmond out of the cities listed. SLC shouldn't be on there imo. It's metro is only at 1M, but it anchors an area of over 2M people

Downtown SLC is very unimpressive for a metro of 1M and especially for a CSA of 2M. The mountains offer a spectacular backdrop, but otherwise the city is very "meh." The first time I went there I thought maybe downtown SLC was a suburb and not the real SLC.

I agree, when I visited NOLA I felt the population metro should be at least 2.5 M and not 1.2 M.

Cincinnati feels more like a metro of 5 million, not 2 million. When you come over the hill and the skyline appears you feel like you're entering a great world city. Downtown area is also very dense.

I have always thought ABQ's skyline matches it's urban size well.

Not really Cincy is just right. Louisville feels much bigger imo.
