They're all pretty much on par and collectively produced probably a good majority of past Miss America/Miss USA winners.

Aside from that, I'd say a tossup between Alabama/Tennessee/South Carolina.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The better question might be what place is more likely to have women you personally are attracted to, and perhaps moreso, where women will be drawn to the qualities you offer.

If you like to dress like to wear a 10 gallon hat, that plays easier in TX than in, say, MA.
