Most College Town like city

I was thinking more of cities that are culturally dominated by a single University like State College, PA, but bigger, while Boston has tons of students but no one College is large enough to dominate the city.
LAs relationship with UCLA is more encompassing than Any single University in Boston.

It seems like USC is on par with UCLA in that regard, if not surpassing it.
