The most insidious part of the bolded statement, is that many of these welfare mothers know exactly who the father of the child is, but tell the welfare agency they don't know. That way they protect their man from having his wages garnished to pay child support. Then they let us taxpayers pay for their children. These guys roam around and have like 5 children from 5 different mothers and never pay a dime for anyone of their children.

And of course the welfare agency employees, many of them sympathetic to the mother, just go right along with it and know that the mother is lying.

I actually like the star spangled banner. It gives a tingle when I hear it. I can compromise on Art Deco Revival. Beaux is expensive to build.
