Surprised it listed Green Bay, and not nearby Appleton, though Appleton may not have had the metro population to be included.
Has Appleton/Oshkosh been seeing some solid growth? I know that Kimberly-Clark and some other companies are in the area, but you don't hear much about the Fox Cities area.
Well, in terms of call centers and whatnot, there are several big ones in Appleton. But I guess there are big ones in GB, as well. Have no hard data, just used to live in GB (and work in Appleton, twice) and know the area fairly well.
Joliet Illinois -- Folsom California -- Huntsville Texas-- Stark Florida -- Attica New York -- Leavenworth Kansas. There are already a of of prisoners doing the kinds of jobs that are done offshore.

Everyone else has to pay minimum wage which means a US location can't legally be competitive on cost alone with India, the Philippines, or where have you. Prisons can Shawshank their inmates and undercut foreign workers though. You might, and I stress might, be able to do something similar on an Indian reservation but good luck getting workers since any other job has to pay them minimum wage.
I was kinda expecting to see Jacksonville on there, so not really surprised. Deutsche Bank has focused on Jax for its primary North American operations outside NYC (kinda like Goldman Sachs to SLC) and I believe they call it "nearshoring." Plenty of IT as well.
