OK, sorry, bad joke. The only places that come to mind are Montana, Idaho or Wyoming, but then you've got quite a drive to the ocean. I can tell you my home state (Washington) has mountains & coastline that can't be beat, but last I checked you can't just carry a gun any old place you like. Alaska may be the place.
