What areas in the US get most sandstorms per year? And where are the sandstorms most severe? I've never been to one but I wish I could. How about sandstorms in West Texas and Southern California near Los Angeles area? (High Desert) or Victorville up to Barstow. Do they occur there too?
I've run into some pretty good ones in AZ on I-40 between Winslow and the NM border on occasion.
