Well, I really don't know what it would be in those states, but I can tell you I think that's the Federal amount, $637. I did a speech on healthcare for my college class, and was doing some on Social Security. It is kinda disgusting how the system works. I never knew. I can tell you this, the average for your intial paperwork is 75% denial, and for your appeal, 85% denial. I am assuming your are past the appeal process, and are waiting for a court date. I believe that had a 50% chance of denial. So, I know this sounds bad, but I wouldn't assume that you have won your case yet. I know someone, friend of family who had to wait 5 years to finally get it, after being hit by a Lift on a jobsite. It's not a cool process at all. I was really disturbed with the Facts. Far as the $$$, I would just call the branch of SSI in those areas. I am sure there is a national number you can call to find out the offices location if you can't google it. Anyway, good luck with your case..
