Hi, I wanted to know what nice areas you all think are a stone's throw from bad areas. Here are some suggestions:

El Paso, TX, and Juarez, Mexico
Fairfield, CT, and Bridgeport, CT
San Diego, CA, and Tijuana, Mexico
Lake Bluff, IL, and North Chicago, IL
Manhattan, NY, and the Bronx, NY

I don't think it's really fair comparing cities in two different countries, even if they're right next to each other.

Manhattan and the Bronx are likewise in the same city.

Otherwise, we could go on endlessly on this topic. If you've got sections of cities compared to other sections of cities (Manhattan and the Bronx), there is probably a nearly endless supply of similar comparisons. I can think of at least a half dozen just in my own city.
