Most of these were just lazy stereotypes. With these lists you can always tell that the author is far more familiar with some places than with others.
Yep. The author has no clue about Iowa for example. Iowans don't beg for attention. They know exactly who they are, are fine with it, and don't give a rip about what anyone else thinks.

Why do I never seem to run into this stereotype? I'm all over Northern New Jersey & this ubiquitous NJ type eludes me over & over again.
