LA has been king of the West Coast for a good 50 years. It probably won't ever be king of the U.S., though.

Also, LOL at claiming that LA would become a great city if a football team ever came. Green Bay must be a real world class city, given they have an NFL team.

Second largest city/metro economy in the U.S and a cultural force. Not outside the realm of possibility at all.

Yeah; all from the bottom of the sea!

I think it is pretty cruel to mock people who like LA with such obvious satire. Some people have good reason to like LA.

I will say, your posts sound almost sincere.

I think you can get to Disneyland in less time than that if you leave at 2 in the morning

Where is this "entertainment capital" that's a "short 3 hour drive"? Fresno?

Sorry but I don't see that happening ever. Just look at a side by side picture of NYC compared to LA. LA is a JOKE compared to NYC. NYC looks much more like a REAL concrete jungle of a city that sprawls for miles and miles. With a complete subway system with 800 miles of tracks, 27 bridges, 4 tunnels (or more?), five boroughs and MUCH more wealth than the LA metro area, NYC just trounces anything else in the country. NYC is both the past and future.
